Such communication must be provided through channels in which the leader can effectively access appropriate leaders and personnel at both established intervals as well as for unplanned communication.

Initial routines for such communication should be established by the leader and subordinate leaders so important dimensions of a planned change or a change in process can be monitored and affected with appropriate decisions and actions. For this assignment, research the communication channels developed by the leader of a well-known organization who has managed a successful organizational change. Prepare a written analysis that includes the following:

• Discuss which communication strategy or strategies were applied in this organizational change and how this application made this change a success.
• Analyze the communication channels the leader utilized to implement the change.
• Explore how various leaders and personnel were connected to the communications channels.
• Evaluate the role of the communications channels in the effectiveness of the leader-lead implementation of a recent significant change.
