Flash reflections are assignments that help you to better understand the material.  Flash reflections are included in this course work to get you thinking about how the issues and information presented in the course might apply to the real-world. 1. Trace the evolution of the typical role played by women in the field of Criminal Justice.  Which of these evolutionary changes do you see as the most important for women in Criminal Justice professions?  Why? Explain your choice.
2. Based on the materials from this module, what do you see as the area still in most need of improvement for women working in the Criminal Justice System? Explain your choice.
