During this module, you will plan an interview with an employee, manager, or key volunteer (such as a board member) for a not-for-profit organization. Ideally, this person is from the not-for-profit organization you chose for the final project. But you may interview someone from a different not-for-profit organization if needed.
The purpose of the interview is to help you understand how not-for-profit organizations operate. The interview will help you look at topics discussed in the course in a different way.
You must have the interviewee sign the interview consent form to make certain you have permission to use their responses in your final project. Let the person know about the consent form when you schedule the interview. The person may need to get approval to sign the agreement.
You should complete the interview by Module Five. You will then submit a short paper based on the interview in Module Six.
