For the Final Project for this course, you will create a presentation of a Project Management Plan for a project.  The complete Final Project is divided into two parts.  In the first part, you write a Scope Statement for the selected project.  In the second part, you write the more detailed sections of the project plan, such as resource planning, quality management, risk response, etc.  Only Part A: Scope Statement is due by the end of Wk4.  

• Select ONE of the projects that you identified in your first assignment “Projects in the News”
• Do additional research on the project, so that you understand the final deliverable and how it will be built.   
• Use the attached template to complete Part A: Scope Statement
• Upload a copy to this assignment link and save a copy for yourself.  You will need Part A to complete Part B at the end of the course.

Please see the attachment of the first assignment I did. I did not like it that much so I think we can focus on the project of the scope you doing now.
