In Week 3, we will discuss power, the ability to influence the beliefs, emotions, and behaviors of people, and the differences between potential and kinetic power.
We will cover leadership, a complex process by which a person sets direction and influences others to accomplish a mission, task, or objective, and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
Finally, we will learn about the differences between transactional and transformational leadership.
